GENERACE AKCE: Adam Dragun, Patrik Nagy, FVLCRVM
At ARCHA+, as part of the Bazaar Festival and the Night of Theatres, punk theatre artists, video artists and musicians from Slovakia will present their work.
Adam Dragun is a Slovak theatre and film director and singer of synthpunk Berlin Manson. This year's Bazaar Festival will feature a video installation of his short film Prcat. The latter captures conversations between a grandson and his Slovak grandparents about sex. Gradually, he manages to get his grandparents talking about experiences from their youth and topics that are not always openly shared across generations, let alone families.
At the same time, in a short lecture performance, Adam Dragun will introduce his creative practice, which is based on working with non-actors, on exploring the possibilities and limits of intergenerational dialogue, on an obsession with finding stories in the everyday and exploring the relationship between big and small stories, and on a fascination with radical honesty.
The evening ends with an after party and a musical programme. 10th Bazaar Festival can look forward to DJ sets by FVLCRVM and I Hate Berlin Manson, who experiment with punk, rave and what can be communicated within these genres.
