Divadlo Petra Bezruče:
Pied Piper

theatre
The rats are attacking. Gentle hands heal. Who is the mysterious ratman? Our identity – your fear. My curse and my deliverance. I will change your soul. An ancient Saxon legend that both provokes and haunts.

The Pied Piper comes to rid the city of a problem. The inhabitants open the city gates to him, but not the doors to their god-fearing and orderly families. Thank them for their service, yes, but say goodbye as soon as possible. We need to keep our distance and be wary. His otherness is threatening and dangerous. An adaptation of Viktor Dyke's famous novel about fearing the stranger, transgressing unwritten laws and the power of love that doesn't care about norms and boundaries.

Viewers are advised that nudity and flashing lights appear in the play.

We recommend a visit from 15 years of age.
