1 Introductory statement
1.1 This privacy policy ("Policy") relates to the processing of personal data of visitors to ARCHA+ and furthermore users of our website www.archa-plus.cz and has been created to inform you of the way in which we collect, use and protect your personal data in the operation of ARCHA+.
1.2 You acknowledge that by visiting ARCHY+ as well as our website, your personal data may be used by the Controller. With regard to the protection of your privacy and security, we hereby assure you that your data will never be processed otherwise and for purposes other than those set out in this Policy, and that any processing will always be carried out in compliance with the high standards of protection arising from the relevant legislation.
2 Sources of personal data
2.1 We process your personal data to the extent that you provide it to us in connection with your activities on our site or in connection with your use of our services. Where justified, we also obtain personal data from publicly accessible registers, lists and records.
2.2 In some cases, we may need to use a third party service for our operation. In this case, we then also obtain personal data from this third party through the specific linked service. We undertake that the collection of your personal data through third party services will never take place without your knowledge.

3.1 In order to ensure the proper provision of our services, we process personal data about you. We also process personal data where you do not yet use our services but are interested in them. Specifically, we process the following categories of personal data for these purposes:
- first name, last name;
- contact and/or delivery address, e-mail, telephone;
- data about the services provided;
- photographs, image record;
- payment data.
3.2 In addition to the above, we also store information regarding your use of our website. We process your MAC address, IP address (if using a browser) and operating system. At the same time, we use cookies.
4 Purpose and scope of processing.
Fulfillment of the contract
4.1 We process your personal data primarily for the performance of a contract you have entered into with us or in connection with the implementation of the measures necessary to enter into such a contract. In this context, we may process your personal data, e.g. for the booking and purchase of tickets, for the performance, complaints, etc. The legal basis for the processing in this case is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR. In particular, we process the following data for these purposes:
- first name, surname;
- contact and/or delivery address, e-mail, telephone;
- data on the services provided;
- payment data.
