ARCHA+U:
Computer Music (workshop w/ badfocus & BoLs/sLoB)

ARCHA+U for schools workshop
'When I was young, I wanted to be like Skrillex.' BoLs/sLoB and badfocus show the basics of music production. How does a guy make a whole track in his room? What does it take? How to think creatively and technically about making music? This + other tips and tricks will be shared in this workshop.

The guides will be two talented music producers who, despite their young age, have achieved success on an international level. Both have been nominated for the Czeching Radio Wave export project. BoLs/sLoB also received a nomination for Discovery of the Year at the Vinyla Awards, while badfocus won the HEMI Music Awards for his work.

The program is suitable for complete beginners, with no previous knowledge of music production and audio software. You don't need anything with you.

Program length: 120 min.

Lasers and strobes, pulsating analog synths, transcendental beats and melodies: with the touhlelive show, Prokop Korb (badfocus) invites you to meditate and rave. By combining electronics with the organic sound of the piano, he creates a unique world, free from genre conventions and traditional practices. Despite his young age, Prague-based producer, composer and multi-instrumentalist Prokop Korb has accomplished a lot. Since the project's inception in spring 2020, he has already released several albums and is currently preparing another. In 2023, he was the winner of the HEMI Music Awards, which focus on helping to develop careers abroad, and was nominated for Radio Wave's export project called Czeching.
